White Wines
2008 Braemore Semillon
This is a benchmark Hunter Valley style, exhibiting delicate lemon and lime fruit characters intermingled with an attractive grassy complexity. Supported by a zesty, citrus like acidity providing a purity and freshness to the finish.
2007 Semillon
This wine is made in the traditional unoaked Hunter style with aromas of fresh lime, hay and green apple. The palate shows generous tropical fruit flavours with a crisp lively finish.
2008 Six Degrees Semillon
This wine is made with an eye to the German 'Kabinett' style where lower alcohol is matched with a seamless balance of sweetness and acid. Soft and approachable, with classic varietal flavours.
2007 Two of a Kind (Sem Sauv Blanc)
Hunter Valley Semillon (53%) and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (47%). The Hunter Semillon provide the purity and backbone while the Sauvignon Blanc adds tropical fruit richness.

Red Wines
2005 Tempranillo
A Spanish variety showing aromas of green olives, spice and a hint of tobacco. The palate has flavours of liquorice and sour cherry fruits. Perfect with antipasto, duck and mature cheese.
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 35 year old grapevines of Vere Vineyard produce extremely low grape yields. Herb and wild berries coupled with subtle oak create a mouth filling pleasure.
2004 Petit Verdot
Originating from France, Petit Verdot is a late ripening variety that suits Australias dry, sunny climate perfectly. The lift of spice and violets overlay the subtle tarry, tobacco characters on the palate.

One of the oldest Italian varieties, this Sangiovese is imbued with sweet cherry and leather tones and loaded with fabulous smoky chocolate and mushroom characters.
2006 Barbera
Originating from Italian root stock, this wine shows lifted aromas of herbs, berries and earth and a great combination of Italian varietal definition with Hunter terroir influences.
2006 Merlot
Around the world the best merlot grapes are grown in clay soils, and this is the secret to this merlot. Lifted spice characters on the nose, soft mulberry and chocolate flavours on the palate. The finish is long with soft, powdery tannins.
2005 Two of a Kind Shiraz
A blend of Hunter Valley and McLaren Vale Shiraz. The savoury flavours of the Hunter Valley merge with the rich, plum fruit of McLaren Vale. A seamless, seductive and dangerously drinkable style.
2005 Shiraz Viognier
A small addition of Viognier (5%) to Shiraz yields remarkable results. The Viognier lifts the natural aromatics of the Shiraz and creates a beautiful silky quality on the palate. A great vintage.
2006 Little Gem Shiraz
Seamless and silky with voluptuous layers of fruit and oak flavours. The core of cassis and berry flavours underpins the entire structure of this wine allowing for long term cellaring.
2007 Sweetwater Shiraz
The red loam soils at Sweetwater Ridge provide this vineyard with its unique signature. A deeply layered wine of exceptional richness, delivering a velvet, contemporary expression of Hunter Valley shiraz.
2004 Kester Shiraz
