2009 TOWER ESTATE SEMILLON
Established in 1999 by the late Len Evans OBE, Tower Estate has a reputation for uncompromising quality. This wine is straw in colour with green hues, and has aromas of limes and lemon sherbet. The palate has great fruit intensity and a refreshing acid finish. This is a great wine from an outstanding year and could quite confidently be cellared well into the next decade.

2009 DE IULIIS SHOW RESERVE VERDELHO
The name is a little daunting but just say ‘de-uli-iss’ !
Mike De Iuliis never misses with Verdelho but 2009 was also a great year for this variety. This wine is tropical with lifted passionfruit and pineapple. The palate is fresh with crisp acid and lifted tropical fruit flavours. Produced in an outstanding year this is an excellent example of pure Hunter Verdelho.

2009 DAVID HOOK PINOT GRIGIO
Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for the French variety Pinot Gris. The word grigio means grey in Italian but the colour varies depending on climatic conditions during the growing season. The 2009 is a lovely bright yellow; it has a sweet aroma of melon and tangerines with a touch of spice and flint. The flavour is distinctive, complex, crisp and lively.

2006 LITTLE WINE CO. TEMPRANILLO
Tempranillo is a grape variety originating in the Rioja region of Spain. A relative newcomer to Australia, it is capable of producing a variety of styles depending on climate and winemaking technique. This wine has aromas of green olives, spice and a hint of tobacco. The palate has a beautiful silky texture with flavours of liquorice and sour cherry fruits

2007 MARGAN MERLOT
2007 was the last in a string of drought years and was a fantastic year for reds. This merlot is characterised by savoury, earthy characters with plums, black cherries and hints of vanilla. Minimum oak maturation has ensured subtle oak integration and soft silky tannins. A great example of an early drinking style with fresh fruit and a soft finish.

2008 THOMAS TWO OF A KIND SHIRAZ
Andrew Thomas is originally an Adelaide boy but has lived in the Hunter for over 20 years. As a blend of Hunter Valley Shiraz and McLaren Vale Shiraz this wine represents a blend of his past and present. The savoury flavours of the Hunter merge with the rich, plum fruit of McLaren Vale. A seamless, seductive and dangerously drinkable style.
