2009 Braemore Semillon

This is a benchmark Hunter Valley style, exhibiting delicate lemon and lime fruit characters intermingled with an attractive grassy complexity. Supported by a zesty, citrus like acidity providing a purity and freshness to the finish.
2009 'OC' Semillon

The slightly riper fruit gives a more contemporary expression of Hunter Valley Semillon. The intense limey fruit and delicious minerality provide an excellent earlier drinking food friendly style.
2009 'Six Degrees' Semillon

This wine is made with an eye to the German 'kabinett' style, where lower alcohol is matched with a seamless balance of sweetness and acid.
2009 Semillon

This wine is made in the traditional unoaked Hunter style with aromas of fresh lime, hay and green apple. The palate shows generous tropical fruit flavours with a crisp lively finish.
2009 Two of a Kind (Sem Sauv Blanc)

Hunter Valley Semillon (53%) and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (47%). The Hunter Semillon provide the purity and backbone while the Sauvignon Blanc adds tropical fruit richness.
2008 Verdelho

Our Verdelho is loaded with tropical fruit flavours and a long citrus finish. Made from mature vines and without the use of oak to showcase the true flavours of the vineyard.
2008 Verdelho

Grown in the Broke - Fordwich region. Lifted tropical lychee and guava characters with hints of lime and green apple. This wine has been produced to be consumed young and fresh.
2008 Pinot Gris

The French call it Pinot Gris, the Italians Pinot Grigio- we just call it a fantastic variety! Light aromas of pink grapefruit and melon with great texture and mineral characters on the palate.
2009 Pinot Grigio

A sweet aroma of melon and tangerines with a touch of spice and flint. This wine is well balanced between fruitiness and acidity. Distinctive and complex flavours with a crisp and dry finish.
2008 Gewurz

Our Gewurz is racy and restrained, it captures the flavours of musk, Turkish Delight and lychees while maintaining a crisp dry finish. Perfect with Thai food.

2009 Saignée

Pronounced sanyay - A French term referring to juice run off from a red fermenter. Made from Shiraz, the wine displays spicy pepper and lifted strawberry aromatics from the primary fruit characters.

2006 Merlot - SOLD OUT

Around the world the best merlot grapes are grown in clay soils, and this is the secret to this merlot. Lifted spice characters on the nose, soft mulberry and chocolate flavours on the palate. The finish is long with soft, powdery tannins.
2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 35 year old grapevines of Vere Vineyard produce extremely low grape yields. Herb and wild berries coupled with subtle oak create a mouth filling pleasure.
2008 Sangiovese

One of the oldest Italian varieties, this Sangiovese is imbued with sweet cherry and leather tones and loaded with fabulous smoky chocolate and mushroom characters.
2006 Barbera

Originating from Italian root stock, this wine shows lifted aromas of herbs, berries and earth and a great combination of Italian varietal definition with Hunter terroir influences.
2008 Two of a Kind Shiraz

A blend of Hunter Valley and McLaren Vale Shiraz. The savoury flavours of the Hunter Valley merge with the rich, plum fruit of McLaren Vale. A seamless, seductive and dangerously drinkable style.
2007 Shiraz Viognier

A small addition of Viognier (5%) to Shiraz yields remarkable results. The Viognier lifts the natural aromatics of the Shiraz and creates a beautiful silky quality on the palate. A great vintage.
2006 Little Gem Shiraz

Seamless and silky with voluptuous layers of fruit and oak flavours. The core of cassis and berry flavours underpins the entire structure of this wine allowing for long term cellaring.
2007 DJV Shiraz

Vibrant crimson red in colour, the nose is delightfully fresh and fragrant with dark berry/cherry fruit with some real lift to the aromatics. Whilst the palate displays a real depth and richness, it is wonderfully encapsulated within a tightly structured, medium bodied frame. The result is a deliciously food friendly style, featuring bright savoury fruit and supple tannins. Drink 2009 to 2015.
2005 Kester Shiraz

98 per cent Shiraz, 2 per cent Viognier. This wine has a profusion of powerful aromas and flavours: dense plum and currant fruits with hints of clove and spice. A great lingering finish of ripe briar-berry and silky tannin.
2007 Kiss Shiraz

Attractive blackberry and blackcurrant aromas are very pure and fruit driven. Notes of spice, earthy minerals and subtle toasty oak add restrained complexity. Elegant and savoury in flavour and texture. It's medium bodied with tangy intensity and soft, ripe background tannins suupport it perfectly. A delicious savoury Hunter Shiraz.

Tawny Port
Ian Little learnt the art of fortified wines at Chateau Reynella in McLaren Vale. A blend of Hunter and Rutherglen, this port is made using the solera system with an average age of 7 years.

Botrytis affected wines are the most complex of all sweet table wine styles. Rich and luscious flavours coupled with distinctive Hunter Valley citrus. Finishes long and clean with a fresh acidity.
